As far as I know it is a dealer fit option.
No idea whats involved in fitting or whats included with it.
Try phoning your dealer he should know.

I have an alarm fitted on my 500 which I ordered when placing the order for my car. However yesterday my car was booked in at the dealers to have the flashing mileage problem sorted, and when i got my 500 i noticed a few things missing from the books that should have been stamped - so i took the book with me when i went. One of the stamps missing was on the Fiat Approved Accessories which i thought the alarm should have been stamped to prove that it was approved and had been fitted from brand new - when i asked the salesman about this i was told that the alarm was an aftermarket alarm (even though it was on the spec when i ordered the car) and because of this wasn't Fiat approved, meaning they wouldn't stamp the book.

It'sone of those things you may want to check with the dealer before you place the order for the alarm.
