New feature(ette), latest album pictures.

I've added a small new feature for the forum home page (http://nf500.com/forums/) whereby the latest photos in your albums (not marked as private) will be shown towards the foot of the page, below the forum listings.

I am also looking at adding a few more bits and pieces as we approach the "gold" (or final) version of vBulletin 3.7 forum software being released.
