You will not encounter such silly notions in Italy

The 500 is class-less and unisex - end of!

What is the Daily Record anyway?
I was in Rome a couple of weeks back and all the 500s I saw were driven by young guys (up to around 30). And as Italians are the most stylish people in the whole world, that makes the 500 a perfect car for a stylish young gent. Like me..... ...... maybe.

Out of the 7 or so 500s I've seen on the road (with drivers) so far, only 2 have been female (the drivers, not the 500s)

For the 500s I've spotted on the roads so far:
About 50:50 male / female split.

You can make a 500 (or any car) look girly of course

but I still dont think they are especially girly when they
come out of the factory.

I think the split of 500s I've seen has been pretty even too.

I like the way the guy mentions himself in the same sentence as Jeremy Clarkson, like the 2 of them are best buds, bit 'up' himself isnt he?

might be abit contentious but here goes..

i think the styling is a bit afeminate, as was the original MINI, before they beefed it up a bit..

i dont have an issue personally with that, as i like the 'retroness', its a genuine issue that some people just wouldnt buy one for that reason, fair enough.

The man at the Scottish Daily Record might not 'get it' but here's a Scottish Paper that does -
Scotland on Sunday

http://scotlandonsunday.scotsman.com...land on Sunday

The Fiat 500 compared to the Hyundai i10.
No contest I thought, the Fiat every time, great car, shame about some of the dealers.

Then I saw Hyundai's secret marketing weapon -
Ice cream whenever you want it
