Default How do you rate your dealer experience?

Simple one really, how do you rate your dealership experience overall.

Also, if you care to elaborate, then please do so.

Do not be afraid to mention dealer names, good or bad, as it is only your view and personal experience you can voice opinions on, but please try not to slander anyone, for obvious reasons!

Initially very helpfull, then increasingly vague about everything, recieved a call one teatime at 5:55pm to say they need my trim/colour/engine choice by 6pm same day.

Very reluctant to let me test drive one, only seamed to be one decent sales guy there, thankfully the one I delt with (Andy Cotgrove). All the others just appeared to make something up when asked any questions on the car, or appear totally uninterested.

The A bar wasn't fitted when I collected the car as parts "forgot" to order the adhesive!!!!!

The bonnet trim is out of stock (not the dealers fault).

The parts dept were very rude on the phone to me, which is not on.

Although now they have offered to pay for the trim, effectively meaning I get it for free.

Hopefully things will improve.

And it's all down to Mister Kerr Lovely chap to deal with. Always kept me updated on my car's status. He never has a FFS face on whenever I turn up, expected or not He could do with being a bit more diva, in general, but I think we can forgive him for that

Denkale Fiat in Reading............... Sorry but 1 STAR!! if there was anything lower then they would get that!!

They NEVER call me!!

I have had 5 different sales people, as people have either Retired, been sacked or moved to other dealerships.

The sales staff do not know anything and they are not really helpful

I keep getting conflicting information, 2 weeks ago i was told my car was on its way to the dealership, today i was told its status 10

If any body from Fiat is reading this then SORT IT OUT, ITs the worst car buying experience i have had!! once i have got my car then I will NEVER be buying a car from them again or taking it back to be serviced there!!

Ouch That really is appauling James To have the status of your car as 'on it's way to the dealership' to status 10 is rediculous. I hope things get sorted for you ASAP

Voted 1 star.

The first lot Caledonia (Manchester) went out of business.

The second lot are calling themselves Oldham Motors, who are part of a larger group (Cambria) who have taken over 4 of the former Caledonia sites.

They have been pretty vague about the status of my order. It has has 3 weeks of delays they can't explain. I too have had to contact them every time.

Not impressed with them at all.

Extremely good and professional outfit right from the word go! Always helpful and they really have made the whole Fiat 500 experience a great one!

So good that my friend (Username A.B.S) has bought one from here even though he lives in the Isle of Man. Oh and so has his Mum!!

Souls Fiat Milton Keynes

I've given them a 3,, but i think a 2 would be more appropriate They've kept in touch with me a lot, however they very much don't seem to know what they're on about. Also they've kinda talked me off the phone a lot and given the impression that i'm hassling them.

Plus they haven't given me ANYTHING free It's kinda put me off buying new again, and as a first time buyer I think they've treated me a bit like a mug lol.
