I have to give an overall 5/5 for my dealer Arnold Clarke, Stourbridge.

Although it took 13 weeks, I had been told '3 months' when ordering so it matched expectations.

Part exchange & hand over perfect. In and out in under 20 minutes!

Sales guy always took my 'whats the status calls and gave believable answers.

Clemo in Cleckheaton West Yorkshire gave a pretty good service. I would say 9 out of 10.

j&j motors, carmarthenshire 10/10 - kept me posted every step of the way, really frendly helpful staff - if you live in the south west wales area go there and give asmoles swansea a miss. didn`t like the attitude of some of the staff there!!!!!!

Can I do this in reverse?
Anybody got there car through Fiat Colchester, and were they any good, or are we going to have to have them on a tight leash

Vospers of St Austell, dropped a huge clanger with my original order which to be fair to them they openly admitted to and went an awful long way to try & keep our business. Mark & Matt top blokes enthusatic, honest & helpfull. And a real sense of actually enjoying there jobs with a real passion for the 500.

hi all,recieved my baby last thursday, all at wessex were very helpful throughout the whole buying and collection of her,had a follow up call on the monday to see if all was ok,asked if i wished to book her in for any teething problems, as yet no major ones just a couple of cosmetic ones,but cant bear to be with out her at the mo, so said i would phone when i wanted to book her in.

i would definitly recomend to a friend. 5/5

I won the auction for the UK's 1st Fiat by Diesel and was promised the car by the end of December. I'm still waiting and haven't heard a thing from Fiat for at least 3 weeks. I am very disappointed to say the least.
