Default Real world MPG reports please...

I thought it would be good to have a central thread where people could perhaps periodically share their current and/or average MPG they're getting in the real world.

Seeing as I'm on a desperate money saving spree of late, and I'm driving like a blind granny in the mist to save fuel in our grey box, I wondered what return, and what kind of driving style people get from their 500s.

Ouch! I'm hoping for a consistent 50+ mpg, and 65+ on a long run.
I managed to get 60mpg in a Seat Leon 1.9 TDI so I'm expecting great things from the 'ickle 1.3 multijet ...

Not quite sure how accurate the on-board computer is but I've got an average 46.6 MPG after only 45 miles of 50/50 town and motorway driving. Waiting for the figures to settle as they've climbed 8 MPG since I picked up the car this morning

Range is showing at 376 miles and not moving much for now which is pretty good for a 35L tank!

I posted a spreadsheet a while back so peeps can calculate their fuel economy accurately.

Its within this thread: http://nf500.com/forums/new-fiat-500/276-help-engine-decision-mj-1-4-a.html#post3352 (direct link to post)

Instructions are on the spreadsheet itself.

Paul, feel free to add it to the downloads section.

I'm liking those figures for a brand new engine Tino.

I recon you will probs get even better than that when you have done a few more miles. I currently have a 1.5 deisel renult clio and am getting 58-60mpg. Im sure it will be better from the 500. x
