What is the colour palette like on the two cars? Do they have a lot of cross-over, are they very different, and wont this cause a production bottle-neck? Anyone know?

The white 500 in the background looks like it could be an Abarth version.
Look at the rear bumper and alloys.

Guess what I saw today ... in Funk White (or something very similar).
And it was road registered
Looked quite good actually.

Really?! Ooooh! It looks alright... it's just I'm so attached to the original model that I can't except this car... The front is just an uglified Fiesta... Ford could have done so much more. I don't think I'll ever be convinced.

This is not fair. I still haven't seen a new ka yet.

White Ka?
Slight pearlescent look?
It probably looked something like this, (but without the tattoo near the door mirror):

MyKa.org: Forums / Ford Ka 2008 / Paris Motor Show. New Ka's debut .

Ford are supposed to be putting miles on a test mule ka.
It has been spotted in the Coventry area,
but I don't know where to find it or which company is involved.

There might be one or two Kas floating around in central London end of Oct or early Nov
for the launch of the Quantum of Solace (James Bond) film, which includes a new ka
(but only because Ford have paid a fortune for a 'product placement')

Bond film car is the gold one in the middle of this picture:

Which on the flip side is a cracking looking car, the new Fiesta that is.
