Something to do with proxy alignment, mine (along with lots of others!) has been to the dealer to have this sorted although it didn't work as mine has flashed again since.

I remain unconvinced that the dealers are able to pinpoint and fix this problem.

Trip to the dealer I'm afraid.

Cheers. Second trip back to dealer then.

I see you are in South Northants. So am I. I see a white 500 with red stripe on the Welsh Lane some evenings.

Yes its still fine to drive, it requires the dealership's laptop and basically they get the computers talking to each other correctly. Mine done it when I collected it, I ignored it and has not done it since. Its nothing to get too concerned about.

Ah right, give me a flash next time (lights that is)

Brackley Yamaha has one but that's the only other one I've seen. I work in Banbury and haven't seen any there.

I work next door to Brackley Yamaha. There 500 is cool.

Well its not flashing today. Seems to have cured itself. I expect the problem will come back.

Mine started flashing and i didn't have time to take it to the dealer. Two days later it has stopped flashing.

No other problems, drives fine. I'm not worrying about it.
