Default Ferrari edition

Wonder if these 500 special editions will be appearing on the second hand car market in a year or two ... one careful Ferrari owner

One careful driver and 300 not-so careful ones.

They are not allowed to sell them at the moment apparently.

I wouldn't turn my nose up at one of these 500s, but I'd want to be its first owner!

I bet they sound nice, I think they have a Tubi style exhaust on them.

Would you want a 500 that's been used solely as a courtesy car?

Do you think they plan an exchange deal, with Ferraris as FIAT courtesy cars too, to tempt 500 owners to upgrade?

As I have said before I wouldn't mind buying one,
but I'd want to be its first owner -
I dont want it when 'they' have had their wicked way with them while their Ferrari is in dock.

I don't think the Ferrari dealers are actually buying the 500s (Leasing or hiring them from Fiat perhaps?)
Lancasters Ferrari weren't even willing to speak to me when they found out I was
enquiring about buying one of the 500s and not buying a Ferrari!

<On another forum I saw someone suggesting it was like giving an Aston Martin customer a
Ford ka to drive OR like giving a big Audi customer a "S***yFabia or VW Fox "
ie. they thought it was a bad idea. >

If anyone sees one of these 'Ferrari' Fiat 500s for sale in the next week or two,
please let me know - I wouldn't mind tyring one out.
