They called today and left a message, when I get in I will call them. I am not sure what I want really. Probabally compensation for my troubles and the paint fixing to my satisfaction. I feel I want to get customer care involved at this stage so there are no issues about getting the car fixed or incase I have issues about the quality of the workmanship. I am just not happy that my new car has so many defects. When I ring them later I will let you know what they say.

Have they ordered you a new car then Mark? x

Yes they have, but I'm pretty sure it's very, very rare for it to happen.

Glad you got it sorted. How long do they recon it will be until your new one arrives. I just hope your new one doesnt have any defects from the factory but anything would be better than the mess they made of your car. I'll keep my fingers and toes crossed for you. x

Have you asked for it to be delivered through a different dealer?

I have to admit I'm not too bothered. If it arrives in December that's 10 months I've had mine for, so effectivley, 10 months free from depriciation, an extra 10 months where I don't have to get it serviced, an extra 10 months warranty & an extra 10 months RFL!!!!
