Well, they have confirmed, a new car is on the cards!!!!!

With A/C added for free!!!!!

FIAT logistics are trying to see how quickly they can get it into the system & built.

Top one FIAT, a happy customer here.

Great result for you though, eventually!

Already been resprayed to an "acceptable" standard apparently.

Still dosen't get away from the fact that it should never have been painted at all!!!!

Add another one to the list, I came to my car and thought I had a ding on the passenger rear wheel arch, nope its a hair under the paint. After hearing all of your trouble Mark I really dont know what to do. I dont mind one bit being reprayed but mine has now turned into 3 pannels (thats not including the sand in the paint on the door rim I an ignoring as you cant see it obviously). I am going to ring Fiat Customer Care and have a moan see what they say. Any advice would be greatfully recieved.

Keep us updated on how you are getting on Mark. x

I'd search for a really good bodyshop to be honest and insist it goes to the bodyshop of your choice.

00800 34280000, I'd talk to customer care & let them know your concerns & see what they recommend.

Thanks Mark, Think I was dialling incorrectly. They have opened a case file and they are going to get somebody to call me back in the next few days. x
