Apparently these Tracey Emin cars are vinyl body wraps by a franchisee of Totally Dynamic:

Totally Dynamic, a vehicle wrapping franchise, has exclusively wrapped four Fiat 500 cars using four original designs by Tracy Emin.
The wrapping of the cars was done by Totally Dynamic London franchisee Scott Coleman and his team. The four different designs were individually named as You go around me, Love is Love, dark dark dark, and I told you not to.

"We were really excited to have the chance to work on this project - particularly as we were bringing to life Tracy Emin's designs, and also due to the fact that we had an exclusive sneak preview of the brilliant new Fiat 500," says Scott Coleman, Totally Dynamic franchisee.

What happens if some scally keys it/takes a dislike and starts to peel bits off it when you are not looking?
For that sort of price I'd want a lifetime guarantee/damage insurance/free re-wrapping of the vehicle.

It is a bit weird, cheap, and uninventive that they're done in that way. If they were painted on, then maybe clear coat over that they would be genuine artwork, but somehow the fact it's printed copies of artwork stuck onto a car... For me that undermines the whole thing.
