Sorry I missed your response about the seat. Oh right I see. Well it was very dark when I went for a spin during launch night and the sales guy told me it was "up and down" Clever chap!

After my dealership got a public battering for crap service last weekend I've become very good at spotting any references to us!

It wasn't very amusing when it happened.

If I hadn't been a member of TFF I wouldn't have been able to resolve their issue with my dealership and everyone that read that thread would think badly of us.

Funnily enough, since it happened my boss has stopped taking the piss out of me for posting on forums!

No the amusing thing was the realisation by both parties as the thread went on that he was the bolshe customer and you were the sales manager and you were sorting it out on a forum!

Good for you with the Boss. That'll teach hin to take the piss

Doh! No you haven't have you but others gave the nod on your behalf and then his wife spoke to you. Getting it muddled with that other bloke today - time for bed I think! Still good it got sorted in the end as i said before.

Hi everyone. Another ex-MINI2er I'm afraid! Had 3 Coopers previously and got fed up of problems and switched to a Honda Civic. Bored stupid of that now and have had a poke around a couple of 500s at my local dealers. Very tempted by a 1.4 Sport or maybe wait for an Abarth, but nagging at the back of my mind is the Fiat dealership reputation. Will be going for a test drive soon.
