New phone, new problem!!

Have a new phone today, but having a problem with Blue & Me - it wont recognise/copy my phonebook over!

It copies just 4 names over (i have many more than this!) All the names from my previous phone seem to be on the new phone, just having issues with getting it onto the fiat!

Can anyone help?? Its a Samsung U600. Connects fine otherwise, and works with dialling numbers etc.

I could me talking rubbish again, but are some numbers in the phone memory & some in the memory card?

They could be, but i wouldnt know which! When i put the sim in for the first time, MOST of my contacts were in the phone book, suggesting i guess they were on the sim! However, this wasnt a problem for B&M in the last phone, it just worked!!

Might be a case of sitting down tonight and starting again by transferring them to the phone

Still suffering. I transfered all my contacts onto the phone (rather than the sim) and i was able to send all contacts to B&M using the phone.....but this only worked for this journey!

When i re-connected, it only picks a few up, and seems to give them abbreviations like "FN-LO" What the.....????

Beginning to wind me up now considering my last phone paired in a jiffy

If you are accessing the phonebook through the steering wheel controls, doesn't blue and me offer you options like "- CH", "FN-LO" to narrow down the phonebook entries to a convenient range. So if you selected "FN-LO" you would find all your contacts from "F to L", which you can scroll through using the up and down buttons."

My girlfriends 500 turned up today and we are having this problem Blue&Me has only dragged out a few contacts from her phone (SE W810i) we have no shorted options in the phone book. Its all a bit frustrating! Any ideas? All her contacts are on the phone memory.

I know this wont help but when I got a new phone last week my phone numbers were stored in the blue and me from the previous phone. All I did was switch the bluetooth on, on my new phone and it worked straight away. No messing at all with the phonebook. Did you delete the old contacts off the blue and me. x
