Default Audio Upgrade

As I wanted the Interscope sound system when I bought the car, but not actually getting it due to lack of availabilty I'm looking to upgrade the speakers & add an underseat sub.

Does anyone know the sizes of the std speakers? From FIAT EPeR it would appear that the door speakers & tweeters are the same ones as on the Grande Punto so I'm wondering if the Pioneer custom fit for the GP will fit.

Also, does anyone know the inputs for the std FIAT sub, the 500 underseat sub id the same item as fitted to the Panda.

Default Audio Upgrade

As I was unable to spec the Interscope audio system when I ordered I have decided to upgrade the system myself.

I have purchased a set of Infinity 6.5" reference component speakers, tweeters & crossover.

I will also be adding a Blaupunkt underseat subwoofer like Seadragons

Just need to sort out what to do at the rear know, probably a good pair of coaxials.

I have played yes, and I'm noy saying the 500 system is bad, but even some of the better speakers in car cannot match those manufactured by audio firms.

The Infinity's I bought have a crossover, so the woofer & tweeters get the proper frequencies sent to them FIAT do not fit a crossover into the system.

The result of this should be better quality od sound, I'll let those coming to Bristol next weekend judhe the improvement for an unbiased opinion.

I am interested in one of these subs - perhaps you would not mind giving us some fitting tips once you have it installed.
