That's the code for the audio. Nothing to do with keys.

Key Codes are no longer issued, despite the handbook still saying they are, as all codes are held centrally by Fiat.
If you lose a key and need new ones programmed any Fiat dealership in Europe can do it, all they need is the VIN and proof that you own the car you are trying to get keys cut for.
