Default Rear seat backs

Can anyone think of a smart way of protecting the rear seat backs from dents and scratches? The seat backs are painted and depending on what you've got floating around in your boot could get damaged. Most cars I have owned have a carpeted / lined rear seat back, so damage isn't an issue.

I suppose I could buy an expensive boot orgniser like this one?

Like my neighbour who carpeted the side walls of his garage to avoid scratching the doors of his expensive car, you could carpet the seat backs

Si.

Squiggly inch long funny bits that look like they're trapped in the paint ... yep ... they're standard.

My last car the boot was like this, I always had stuff rolling around in the boot and it never got scratched.. Just clattered around a lot. Do you think it will scratch that easy? x

no, based on experience with other Fiats, specifically the 1994 to 1999 Cinquecentos - it is suprisingly hard wearing

My boot was really neglected, It would have cans of deicer scating from one side to the other. Never marked the surface discussed here. Was something I never really though of coz I dont pay much attention to the inside of the boot. I will have a look now and see what the interior surface is like.x
