All the numbers in the phone are in the phone memory, not on the SIM, however that won't make any difference since when you synch the phone with B & M it copies the numbers and names from the phone into the B & M system so it should be comparing the incoming number to the numbers in the B & M database not on the phone (SIM or phone memory)
My money is on the fact that the call handling between the phone and B & M is not handling the fact that the incoming call is showing as a "standard" UK STD prefix of 07.... but that the number in the phone (and hence I assume the B & M database) is +447. It shouldn't make any difference as CLI should only check the last 6 digits of the number but given that it is a Microsoft system then it is probably a Microsort version of an international standard (in other words it isn;t a standard)
I've reprogrammed a couple of numbers in the phone to be 07 rather than +447 and next time I am in the car I am going to delete out the entire phonebook and resynch and see what happens . I'll post my findings here
