NF500 / 500 Competitions

Yes you heard that right. It’s Friday, and we’re giving away free stuff!

We have some NF500.com window stickers up for grabs, completely free, for the first twenty people who submit a comment here telling us why your 500 (or 500s) would be the ideal home for an NF500.com sticker.

Be creative, or not, it’s up to you, and it’s first come first served.

The stickers are simple white vinyl lettering NF500.com, the largest characters stand at around three and a half centimetres tall. They stick on the inside of the glass, facing out.

They’re high quality vinyl, created by the folk behind MINI Pirate, and the soon to be born Guru Vinyl, who will offer a range of decals to customise your Fiat 500 with.

So roll up folks, post here if you’d like a sticker or two (don’t be greedy now!) and we’ll be in touch via email or private message to get your postage details. Please do NOT post your email address or postal address as part of your message.

Regional paper the Bucks Free Press are another publication with an easy to enter online competition to win tickets (they’re giving away 20 pairs) the Fiat 500 launch event at the London Eye, where you’ll be able to see the Fiat 500 take to the skies in the London Eye, and listen to singer songwriter Mike put on a performance for the assembled celebrities and fellow competition winners.

This time it’s MSN who are providing the chance to win a brand spanking new Bossa Nova White Fiat 500 1.2 Pop.

MSN are also broadcasting the launch live on the 21st January, which is also when the winner will be announced. The competition again focuses on Fiat’s “Every Masterpieces” theme, and you’ll have to revisit the site a few times to solve the puzzle to have a chance of winning the price.

The competition is live on the dedicated MSN website Fiat 500 Mashup now.

We mentioned previously how Fiat are teaming up with Virgin Radio to drum up publicity for the new 500 prior to the January 21st London Eye launch event. The Virgin Radio website has been updated with competitions to win a Fiat 500 (but you have to listen to the Breakfast Show to do so) or as an alternative some cash prized which Fiat have put up for grabs. We’re not model car experts by any stretch of the imagination, but we thought this set was pretty cool, especially with its decals and four cars. As the 500 is all about customisation we felt it was a good one to offer. The kit came from Italy, we have no idea of the retail price, but it’s not all about that now is it!

To enter the competition, simply tell us at NF500 why you think you are most deserving of this fabulous prize by commenting on this story. We’ll pick the answer we find most amusing, most desperate, or most touching. Be imaginative, fun, honest, whatever. It’s as much about making us smile as feeling sorry enough for you to chose you as winner!

The judges (that’s us) decision is final, and no alternative cash or other types of prizes will be offered. Oh, and no correspondence shall be entered into (that means if you lose, keep the mumbling and groaning to yourself). Final day for entries will be Sunday the 30th September, we’ll announce the winner on the 2nd October on this site, and contact the lucky Fiat fan for their address to post the prize to.
