Fiat 500 Abarth SS Caught Testing
September 18th, 2007Car magazine online have some excellent photographs and some interesting thoughts on the new Fiat 500 Abarth SS which was recently caught on camera during testing.
The photographs show quite dramatic modifications to the exterior styling, not only for function, such as the front lower bodywork and grille, but also for style and sound, such as the extremely beefy looking twin rear exit exhausts.
In terms of performance and power, Car are hedging their bets at anywhere between 165 and 180 hp for this true pocket rocket. The Abarth SS is shaping up to be a real winner in our eyes!

Have to agree, even with all the cladding on I think it looks really promising.

I must say I also managed to spot the car at the Nurburgring on Wednesday afternoon although it had different alloys wheels on . The car seem to only do one lap and then tootle back to the workshop . Car looked great , I .will try and sort my pictures out over the next few days
